We have been customers of Adam Nelson, A Personal Touch Lawncare, for over 15 years. That alone would tell you that we have been satisfied with the service they provide.  We started out with just weekly yard mowing but quickly expanded to all of our various yard demands, such as fertilization, de-thatching, aeration, edging, sprinkler shut down, and fall and spring cleanups. We also use them for the pressure washing of our house, roof, and driveway/walkways and any tree and shrub trimming needed. Seven years ago, they re-landscaped our back yard with pavers, shrubs, brick edging and washed stone. They did an excellent job, always checking with us along the way to be sure we were satisfied. They continue to service the rocked area and it has stayed weed free and beautiful. They also provide "handyman" service for projects around the house that needs to be done. I personally find that a great service as well. Adam and his crews responded to the various accumulations of snow in a timely and professional manner. They are easy to work with and deal with the variety of schedules our church has each week.

My experience with A Personal Touch Lawncare has been nothing but positive. When they came and did my fall lawn cleanup, it seemed like they were here and gone before I knew it, yet they clean every nook and cranny of my yard, including around my outbuildings, behind my garage, and up on my deck.  The workers are very approachable, friendly, and are more than willing to stop and answer questions.  I have also used their power washing and snowplowing services. They did a great job, were very thorough, and caused no damage to property. Prices are very fair and I highly recommend this company with no hesitation!

Several years ago we were in Florida vacationing while Michigan was having the worst snow storm. My husband and I were told by neighbors, “your drive way has 4 feet of snow and ice”.   I reached out to 4 companies in Muskegon to see who could get over to our home and plow. The only answer came from A Personal Touch. They indicated they had been plowing all day and would be plowing all night, but told us "rest assured, we will get you done"! I arrived home to a neatly plowed driveway. We were so impressed with the diligence and integrity of this company, we decided that we would leave plowing and mowing to them.
